As a certified Level 4 Exercise Referral Practitioner, Personal Trainer, and specialist in obesity, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome, I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals both privately and through the UK’s National Health Service (NHS). My extensive experience means I know what works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to creating lasting health changes.
